I am Partha Bagchi – Stammering Cure Specialist and the Founder President of Stammering Cure Centre. After curing more than 25,000 people from 37 countries since 34 years, I am taking this opportunity to share my story with you.
It was February, 1990. I (Partha Bagchi) was a Chartered Accountant by profession. I had my own 11 year old CA firm with around 7-8 employees and more work than we could handle.
Sometimes I used to think to myself that I have cured my 26 year old severe stammering problem with my own techniques and now I am sitting on the throne of success but there must be crores of people who still stammer.
What will happen to them?
But my busy life left me with very little time to think until…
One night, I had a dream that I have a big institute where I am curing others who stammer and people are coming from different places to my institute and getting cured. All of them are so happy enjoying a stammering-free new life.
I woke up shivering with excitement.
Next morning, I shared this dream with my family. I was scolded by all of them for even thinking about leaving such a prestigious career and venturing into something new and unknown. But it was my wife, Mitrani Bagchi who supported me and said, “Give it a try, see what happens.”
I called up a real estate broker and narrated my requirements. Within a couple of hours, I got a call from him and I rushed to the location. The moment I entered the room, I froze for a few minutes. It was the exact same room that I had seen in my dream.
Stammering Cure Centre took birth on 1st March, 1990 and is running successfully and the legacy will continue for the years to come.
That was the day I got answers to many of the WHYs in my life.
They say, there are only two days which are important in your life. First, the day you were born and second, the day you realize why. That day was my second important day.
I used to always ask God,
“WHY only I got this stammering problem?”
“WHY only I have to struggle for so many years due to my stammering each day?”.
And later, when so many people in the World tried to cure stammering,
“WHY only I was able to develop techniques to cure my stammering?”.
IF I didn’t have stammering, Stammering Cure Centre wouldn’t have existed and thus stammering cure wouldn’t be possible.
IF I didn’t struggle with my stammering, I wouldn’t understand the pain of a person who stammers.
IF I didn’t develop these Stammering Cure techniques, over 25,000 people and their families couldn’t have seen an end to their sufferings.
It became very clear to me that it was not an ordinary dream but a commandment from God. God has chosen me, toughened me with every experience in my life and made me capable of shouldering the responsibility of giving a new life to the people who stammer and I have been following it with great sincerity, honesty and commitment.
I wake up every morning with the pledge to help all those who come in contact with me.
The path to fluency which I was blessed to discover, I shall hand-hold you through the same path so that you can also cure your stammering and achieve your dreams.
